Thought it would take 4 months! Relatively new to Tucson, Marty, Susan and their young children, struck a friendship with Barbara and Alan at an Open House. Everybody agreed to meet Saturday to find that perfect Pusch
Ridge view (within their budget) with a lot large enough for a pool. After seeing models in just three subdivisions, Barbara introduced them to a "spec" corner home in Rancho Vistoso. With one look, Marty exclaimed, "That's my view." Susan remarked, "I can't believe we found it in just one day...I thought it would take four months." Not only that, they could move in 30 days, and save an additional four months of rent.
Five years later, Murrays were able to bring them the maximum price as they sold their "great view" home for job opportunities in the Phoenix area.

You found us the Perfect Home! Desiring not only a Tanque Verde Valley home,
but also a location where Greg's business could also be located, was not easy because of all the various CC&Rs. Having toured many homes, they did not find what they wanted in their price range, and decided on a lovely older home in Sabino Vista instead. The evening Alan and Barbara met with Greg and Tracy to write an offer, Barbara checked the computer one last time in their prefered Tanque Verde area. A new listing popped up! On Summer Trail. Greg drove by it, and the next morning we were the first to see it! Greg, Tracy, and Walter said, "This is it." Walter added, "Can we stop looking at houses now, Mommy?" Forever grateful, Johnsons recommend their friends and family to the Murrays.

A wonderful relationship began in October, grew in March when they found their mountain view home at Saddlebrooke, and continued through their ultimate move from Maryland to Tucson in July. views are specatular. We didn't advertise the mountain lion Cindy encountered while riding her bicycle, but were tickled to help Mike and Cindy find their desired Tucson retreat, nestled into the rocky hillside and frequented by most every variety of desert wildlife.
